Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers entering the store in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Scan items, provide pricing information, and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, and exchanges
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to customers
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
- Strong mathematical skills for retail transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or willingness to learn is a plus
- Proficiency in technology sales and POS systems preferred
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are advantageous for diverse customer interactions
