Solutions Property Management is a property management company based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We manage both residential and commercial properties around Sioux Falls, Hartford, and the Harrisburg area.

We are in search of an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, installation of window/door trim, moldings, cabinet alignment, repairing/replacing ceiling tiles, minor dry wall repair and taping, common area maintenance and day time emergency janitorial duties as needed, painting, and other maintenance repairs. Other duties may be required as determined by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
