**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Chief Estimator to join our team. The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process, managing bids, and ensuring accurate cost estimates for construction projects. **Duties:** - Lead the estimation team in preparing accurate and timely project bids - Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost of construction - Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for bids - Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing - Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process - Review and analyze historical data to improve estimating accuracy **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required - Proven experience in construction estimating and project management - Strong knowledge of project management principles - Ability to negotiate contracts and build relationships with customers - Proficiency in cost control and pricing strategies -If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction estimating and project management, we encourage you to apply.
