Openings for Afternoon/evening caregiver/Direct Care Workers in Sharpsville, PA. Position is providing supervision and care for an elderly client with Alzheimers in the evenings from 5-8pm. Client is physically independent with assistance, has sundowners, Alzheimers and requires prompting and supervision to complete tasks. Up to 7 days available for 5-8 pm. Can be divided. Option is also available to pick up hours with other clients earlier in the day.

*Must have DRIVER'S LICENSE and THEIR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Possesses maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Criminal background clearance, TB and drug screening.
• RELIABLE and RESPONSIBLE with a willingness to work.
• Positive and upbeat attitude

Responsibilities:
Caregivers/Direct Care Workers provide personal care as directed including but not limited to:

• Grooming, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing and laundry.
• Ability to lift using safe management techniques
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
