Responsibilities:

• Listen to recorded calls made by sales agents to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Evaluate sales calls based on predefined quality parameters, including adherence to scripts, professionalism, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and document areas of improvement for sales agents through constructive feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to develop and implement training programs to enhance sales agents' performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer interactions.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of quality assurance findings to management, highlighting trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer data.

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify and assess compliance and performance issues.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
