Job Title: Owner Direct Sales Manager (HVAC Industry)
Job Description: We are seeking a result driven Owner Direct – Sales Manager to join the ESC/EBTRON sales team. With this position you will be responsible for developing and managing direct sales efforts with key accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, and specific vertical markets including datacenters and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and solutions. The Owner Direct Sales Manager will report directly to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to manage existing accounts and add key accounts
· Identify and target new business opportunities within Fortune 500 companies and specific vertical markets
· Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management on key accounts, market trends and forecasting. Present findings to the VP of Sales
· Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets
· Give presentations and Lunch and Learns (L&Ls) to key customer base of owner accounts
· Participate in trade show events, conferences, and industry events to network with potential clients and customers
· Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management and inside sales) to ensure successful delivery and implementation of HVAC solutions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business or similar field preferred but not required
· Proven experience as a Direct Sales Manager or in a similar sales management role, preferably in the HVAC industry. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or related technical sales field
· Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and applications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and grow new relationships
· Results driven mindset with a track record of managing, adding, and growing key accounts
· Strong organization and management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and manage multiple simultaneous accounts
· Ability to travel throughout North America. Normal travel schedule would be twice a month
· Work and communicate effectively internally with the inside sales team/marketing at ESC to develop sales support
