Supported Employment Specialist/Job Coach. Person will be responsible to:
- Work with individuals with disabilities referred by DVRS, in supporting them
- Finding job opportunities within the community.
- Develop and implement pre-placement, placement and follow-along supports.
- Provide intensive to
- follow-along job supports to consumers who obtain employment.
- Drive consumers to and assist with job search and interviews.
- FT Position, Mon-Fri.
- (40 hours per week) must be flexible with their schedule.
- Requires Valid Driver’s License,
- Associate’s Degree Required. Job Coach and experience
- Working with individuals with disabilities.

$19.50- $21.50/hour.
