We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive individual to join our team as a Greeter/Porter. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and providing assistance as needed. You will also play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our facility, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they enter the dealership
• Provide directions and assistance to customers
• directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
• Assist with valet services
• including parking and retrieving customer vehicles.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization in customer waiting areas
• showroom
• and exterior grounds
• Monitor and manage inventory of customer amenities such as coffee
• refreshments
• and reading materials
• Support dealership events and promotions by helping with setup
• signage
• and customer engagement
• Collaborate with sales

• and administrative staff to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
