Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food and drink orders, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take drink and food orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
- Upsell food and beverages to increase revenue.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or server in a similar setting.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold any required certifications for serving alcohol in your location.
Salary
- $2 - $4 per hour plus tips.
