**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Produce Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling produce items, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Package and display various types of produce

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases

- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices

- Manage shipping and receiving of produce inventory

- Support sales efforts by ensuring attractive product presentation

- Maintain organizational standards in the produce department

- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers

- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks as needed

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- Load and unload produce shipments

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a retail environment preferred

- Familiarity with handling fresh produce is advantageous

- Proficiency in retail math calculations

- Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management is beneficial

- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach

- Excellent organizational skills to manage produce displays effectively

- Multilingual skills are a plus for enhanced customer service interactions

- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers
