Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy in cash handling. Duties: - Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service - Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns - Follow proper cash handling procedures - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Operate the Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Calculate and provide accurate change to customers - Help maintain inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed - Sanitize work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness standards Experience: - Previous experience as a Cashier in the food industry is preferred - Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math - Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus - Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within our organization.
