Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments and manage the treatment calendar efficiently.
- Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare providers and specialists.
- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of dental procedures.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
