As a Regional Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring operational excellence and facilitating the smooth flow of our logistics operations.
 
Your Role: 
As our Regional Logistics Manager, you will spearhead the efficient coordination and management of our supply chain operations. You will oversee the seamless flow of shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers while maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Sales, and our network of 3rd Party Logistics partners.
• Collaborate closely with our 3rd party logistics team to organize shipments and meticulously track delivery details.
• Prepare all necessary reports and documentation for orders shipping to service providers and customers.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with service providers and test houses, ensuring the effective management of service orders.
• Take ownership of generating packing lists and commercial invoices to facilitate smooth shipments.
• Handle order processing and invoicing efficiently through our ERP system.
• Manage RMA/RTV orders within the system with precision and timeliness.
• Facilitate the setup of new vendors, both internally and externally, to support our growing operations.
• Uphold data integrity across all company systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and manage supply levels, proactively replenishing materials as needed.
• Collaborate with inventory management to conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts, ensuring precise inventory records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 1-3 Years of experience in a logistics role.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.
• Experience working with Infor (preferred).
• Experience working with the FedEx shipping suite (preferred).
• Experience working with the UPS suite (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• A sense of urgency and adaptability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A quick learner with a keen commercial awareness.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workload effectively.
• A strong team player who excels in collaboration and contributes positively to the team dynamic.
