Management company seeking Full time On-Site Residential Manager for 42 units Apartment Building.

The following qualifications are required:

- No Pets

- Must have the time and skill to post ads, take calls, to show and rent units at the convenience of the prospective tenants. - Process applications and work requests.

- Collect rents, keep track, follow up and collect unpaid/delinquent rents and to serve notices, if necessary. Drop it off at the office

- Enforce house rules and company policies. Must be Firm and Fair.

- Live on site - the manager's unit which is a one bedroom of approx. 700sq.

- Pass background/reference check.

- Service of notices.

- Change Building bulbs and timers.

- Report any unusual tenant problems to Employer.

- Taking care of all repairs, maintenance, tenants maintenance request on a daily basis and emergency calls.

1,500.00 In exchange for the MANAGEMENT services, to be negotiated for per month salary, plus 1 bedroom full kitchen, full bath and 1 parking (with a value of $2400.00) paid utilities: water.

Some salary consideration based on application qualifications.

Salary To be determined but guaranteed with 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and full bath.
