We are looking for an Accounting Staff Clerk to join our team and support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivables for house accounts
• Billing for the residence and residents
• Process credit card chargebacks
• Assist the accounting department in uploading Fintech files to the M3 accounting system
• Assist the Director of Finance with reporting revenues, labor, and operating expenses
• Assist in consolidating KPI in rooms including the number of departures, arrivals, and housekeeping productivity
• Assist in consolidating KPI for the food and beverage operation, including the number of covers and average checks
• Review COGS compared to revenues
• Review inventories with Margin Edge and compare with Micros sales mix

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Experience with financial analysis and budgeting is a plus
