Work with the Property & Asset Management team to manage financial issues related to assigned properties, including income, expense review, budgets, cash flow, leasing, and refinancing; coordinate daily financial transactions.

Report to Accounting Manager.

BS in Accounting, Excellent accounting skills, Computer literacy including basic office and accounting software required. Timberline, MRI and Yardi a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact throughout company on all levels, and with clients.
