As a psychotherapist at Elite Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Niche focused.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and formulate treatment goals.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of psychotherapy and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in accordance with professional codes of conduct.
• Must be able to market yourself to assist with maintaining a full caseload.
• Full Time 40 hours (25 Direct Hours Mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current Louisiana licensure as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan preferred, but niche-focused.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-care practices.
• Knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing psychotherapy practice.
