Responsibilities

• Handling sensitive information with integrity
• Managing mailroom operations and meeting daily shipping deadlines
• Packaging and shipping documents accurately
• Communicating with delivery services to resolve issues
• Refilling and maintaining printers and office machines (requires lifting and moving of up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment)
• Updating delivery messages in shipping software
• Scanning and shredding documents
• Working with other team members

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Mail room or office experience
• Package handling experience

$18.50 - $19.00 DOE per hour
