Job Title: Janitorial Operations Manager

Position Overview:
As the Janitorial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Cleaning Supervisors and Janitorial staff across 50 buildings spanning multiple locations. You will ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Cleaning Supervisors to ensure effective management of janitorial staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures, protocols, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and facility managers to address any cleaning-related issues or special requests promptly.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Monitor budgetary performance and expenses related to cleaning operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance management of janitorial staff.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for janitorial staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field not required but preferred.
• Proven experience in janitorial management or related role, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
