Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

Superior Builders Inc. is a Nationally established Roofing and Restoration contractor that specializes in both residential and commercial Roofing and Restoration. We execute all trades in a scope of work.

To achieve this objective, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Production Team.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be required to manage all aspects of each job.

Daily communication with our preffered sub contractors, while relaying all communications back to our producion managers, also to our CRM system.

Project managers are to ensure all materials delivered are accurate and that our installation crews are using all building materials efficiently by our sub-contractors.

Project managers are expected to maintain excellent client relations, through very tight communication with them while they are under their assignment. Experience with crisis management and strong negotiation skills is a must for this position.

Quality Control and daily jobsite cleanliness is the responsibility of the Project Manager to oversee and manage.​

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Would prefer at least 2 years of verifiable experience with a building, remodeling, roofing, siding, or other trade business in a similar capacity and be familiar with all aspects of construction or Associate Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.

Should have knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.

Computer proficiency: Internet, MS Office Suite of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing skills of 40 words per minute, CRM.

Physical ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders and navigate a construction jobsite. Strong customer service skills. Clean driving record and drug free.

Working knowledge of budgeting, job costing, construction best practices, conflict resolution, scheduling, sub procurement and management, critical path and trade execution. Availability on weekends when needed. Ability to adapt to change and adversity.
