We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven individuals with a strong work ethic to join our team as Sales Associates. If you have a background in selling entry door products and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers both in person and through various digital platforms in selecting entry door products that best suit their needs.

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, providing an exceptional customer experience.

- Manage inventory to ensure the showroom floor is consistently stocked with a variety of doors and other products.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including filling void spaces with inventory (ability to lift 80lbs required).

- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques and exceptional customer service.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with management to track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.

- Experience in wireless or technical sales is preferred but not required.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
