Position Purpose: This non-exempt, part-time position will represent CAAC by offering a positive first impression by phone to the patient. Under the direction of the Office Administrative Manager, this position, working with other front office assistants, will be responsible for company-wide phone intake and scheduling utilizing the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a positive, experienced, responsible individual to contribute depth & knowledge to our busy practice.
