Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.

Duties:
- Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels
- Implement planograms and schematics for product placement
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create visual aids for operational purposes
- Oversee retail sales transactions and POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Develop and conduct training programs for staff

Requirements:
- Experience in retail operations and inventory management
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating operational visuals
- Knowledge of planograms and stock management techniques
- Strong understanding of POS systems and retail sales processes
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding a team effectively
- Prior experience in training development is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
