LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Relco Systems, Inc., is a progressive leader in the transportation industry, and we are looking for a career-minded individual to support our daily logistics operations. The Logistics Assistant will use data entry skills to input information into logistics software. This is a dynamic role assisting a variety of duties within dispatch, maintenance and management departments. We offer significant opportunities for growth and advancement, while working in a fast-paced office environment. Strong computer and data entry skills are key to this position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday; 8am – 5pm

Logistics Assistant responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining internal and external load tracking software
• Conducting load appointing and scheduling
• Updating customer freight portals based on load movements
• Ensuring accuracy of load information in all systems
• Engaging drivers through positive communication to ensure their needs are being met
