The IT Project Coordinator will provide administrative support and coordination to IT Project Managers, projects, and teams. Prepares and maintains project documentation including monitoring daily tasks, reviewing and assigning tasks where applicable, leading small project implementations, documenting project status, scheduling meetings, and reporting for the Project Management team. Assembles test plans and supports the completion of testing.

Valuable Skills & Requirements:

We desire someone with a four-year degree in computer science, technology or related field with an interest in project management.

Some prior related experience in project management with a technology application.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and prior work with a project management application (Jira used here).

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to juggle multiple and regularly changing priorities/deadlines.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
