PRIMARY ROLE: Residential House Assistant Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential homes. Responsible for providing direct assistance and support to persons living in 24 hour supported residences. Services are described by the individual plan to increase independence, improve status in the community and overall increase the quality of life. Residential House Assistant Managers are assigned to a residence and/or other sites within CVS and the community depending on the operational/program needs. Residential House Assistant Managers must be able to work effectively with or without direct supervision, work cooperatively within a team setting, handle crisis situations calmly and proficiently and interact with others in a courteous and professional manner. Must be able to adapt to the flexible nature of the job and work in a busy, fast paced environment. Please note, qualified candidates must be med certified or in the process of becoming med certified.

Additional Requirements:

- First aid, CPR certification and Med Certification
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects or assist with transferring individuals as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of resident rights and ability to advocate for individuals' needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Familiarity with behavioral support techniques and social work principles is a plus
- Ability to learn and navigate electronic documentation systems
