Job Title: Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist - Bilingual – English/Spanish
2 years' experience or more
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take care of all patient's messages and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing medical documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and comfortable for patients
- Communicate with medical staff regarding patient needs or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous minimum 2 years' experience as a medical office receptionist
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
