SUMMARY:

The Credit Quality Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our team's response to customer verification requests. This is a vital position in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service. Our Credit Quality Auditor will be responsible for carrying out in-depth review of manual verifications and effectively communicating results to our team members.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and can be fully remote; candidates may reside anywhere in the U.S. at this time.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct and manage the quality review process of customer requests and responses.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all credit verification procedures.vnb
  • Liaise with team members in the Customer Service Department to provide feedback and quality improvement suggestions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging quality assurance practices to ensure continuous improvement within the department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENTCIES:

  • Proven knowledge of credit verification procedures and quality assurance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of management, customers, and co-workers.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, primarily Excel.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, as well as manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment or similar capacity.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position can be based from one of our local offices, or has the opportunity to be fully remote.

The compensation offered for this position starts at an hourly rate of $18.00 per hour. Compensation is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
