POSITION SUMMARY
Our rapidly expanding team is seeking a Patient Care Advocate with experience in the complex model of financial-based assistance. Advocates will handle the financial assistance process from submission to approval. Responsibilities will include thoroughly compiling information, responding to questions from subscribers regarding their high-cost medications and facilitating and guiding the subscriber through the various options available to them. Jobseekers should be excellent multitaskers who can work both independently and with a team to meet deadlines. Strong customer service skills and an eye for detail are also vital in this role.
