ALLERGY INSTITUTE is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near Fresno, CA

Energetic experience Medical Assistants with knowledge of both back and front office. The applicant must be able to multitask to complete all activities accurately , with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • MINIMUM 1 year of both medical assistant and front office experience

Responsibilities

  • Interview patients and document medical history
  • Take Vitals
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms
  • Update medical records with accuracy
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, faxes and forms
  • Send prescriptions electronically /Medication pre-authorizations
  • Allergy Testing
  • Injections
  • Lung Function Testing
  • Greet Patients
  • Answer Phones
  • Scheduling
  • All Other Aspect of Front office Duties

Skills

  • Proven working experience as a medical assistant/front office assistant that can multitask with accuracy
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Social perceptiveness and service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
