Rocky Mountain Truck Centers Inc. is a leading heavy truck repair center dedicated to providing top-notch service and maintenance for heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles. We are currently seeking a skilled and strategic Revenue Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company's goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving revenue objectives.
- Drive innovation in sales and revenue practices by implementing new technologies, processes, and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the heavy truck repair industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tools and technologies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
