Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor for our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and managing the daily operations of the front desk. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and resolving any guest issues or complaints
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits of front desk procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong hospitality management skills with a proven track record of providing exceptional guest services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
- Familiarity with night audit processes is preferred
- Bilingual skills in [Spanish] preferable
- Ability to effectively use phone systems and other office equipment
