Local Fastener Distributer is looking for a Customer Support Associate in Shelby Township, MI. Starting wage is $17.00 an hr.
Our excellent benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401(k) and/or Roth. 40 hours PTO after 6 months.
Job Description:
Customer Support Associate directly supports the inside sales team. They help customers with complaints and questions. Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. Answer phones and utilize computer program.
