DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary delivery driver Monday-Friday. 
• Load van effectively for an efficient day of delivering.
• Call each customer before heading to recorded address, verify address. 
• Set up & explain basic functions of equipment at the time of delivery.
• Last face seen as part of a lengthy process for medical equipment. Keep a pleasant attitude to ensure a positive encounter. 
• Problems with deliveries get reported first to scheduler, secondly to Warehouse Manager. (DEPENDING ON ISSUE)
• Continuously train on new products we decide to stock/order to remain knowledgeable on each product we could potentially deliver. 
• Notify Warehouse Manager of any repairs and/or maintenance the delivery van may need.
• Keep van clean and organized. Make sure correct items are in required bin (Accreditation, temporary Covid bin) 
• Unload van at the end of each work day.
• Assist with maintenance around building when needed.
• Assist with snow removal in winter months – front sidewalk, back overhang area, loading ramps, etc.
• Assist with upkeep of the grounds as needed/requested.
