We are growing! High producing Real Estate team looking for an experienced full-time Licensed Listing Coordinator!
Hoping to find someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of fun people who sell a lot of real estate! You will be joining an established admin team who already have proven systems in place. No need to start from scratch or be a one person show! You will even
have an assistant to help with data entry and email management. We love working together and are looking for a self-motivated, positive team player able to provide amazing customer service to both agents and clients.

Responsibilities include:* Coordinate property assessments and evaluations

* Schedule photos, measurements and all vendors during pre list

* Coordinate inspections and repairs with vendors, agents and sellers during pre list and contract to close
* Review contracts and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance standards
* Assist with listing marketing materials and manage open house schedule
* Coordinate with lenders and attorneys regarding documentation and closing
* Communicate with sellers and agents throughout the process
* Collaborate with the admin staff and team on best practices and systems

* Manage transactions for our agents and sellers during the contract to close period

* Maintain deadlines for due diligence and closing

Qualifications desired include:* Excellent knowledge of NCREC/NCAR forms and rules
* Superior communication skills and high level of professionalism
* High attention to detail and great organization skills
* Flexibility with schedule as real estate doesn’t always happen between 9-5

Experience preferred but not required:* Dotloop, Skyslope & Open to Close are the main team systems
* Full brokerage experience as an agent in the past
