Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Groundskeeping in the campground.

o Landscaping

o Lawncare (mowing/weed eating, etc.)

o Weather/Seasonal Preparation

· Generalized campground maintenance and repairs.

· Knowledge of groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, etc.

· Ability to operate utility vehicle through campground.

Skills and Abilities:

· General knowledge of lawncare equipment preferred.

· General mechanical knowledge preferred.

· Flexible work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

· Positive attitude with the ability to work and communicate well with others.

· Capacity for demanding physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation

· Drug test upon request

Education/Experience Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED

· General lawn maintenance knowledge and/or experience

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
