Zerorez Atlanta is Hiring a Remote Remote Call Center Representative

Zerorez Atlanta proudly provides professional cleaning services in and around the metro Atlanta area. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Call Center team! As a a Call Center Representative, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with every customer & potential customer each day with the intent of maximizing customer satisfaction and sales.

Schedule/Pay/Benefits:

  • Pay: $15/hr starting pay plus performance based incentives
  • Full time position (40 hours each week)

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Previous call center, sales and / or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with complex and multi line phone systems.
  • Must be dependable, a team player and able to learn quickly.
  • Must be able to maintain rapport with customers while focusing on closing sales.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and comfortable working in an office setting.
  • Clean criminal background check (exceptions may be considered at the company’s discretion).

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, providing customers with product and service information.
  • Professionally schedule the requested cleaning, enter customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries appropriately, resolve minor customer complaints when appropriate.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to the appropriate resource.
  • Follow up calls when necessary, participate in outbound call campaigns, meet/exceed weekly quotas.
  • Attend team meetings, offer constructive feedback to improve the operation when appropriate.
  • Effectively manage the time, resources and costs of the company.

Center Agents will receive training in order to be well versed in the entire suite of Zerorez products and services. Zerorez expects all employees to uphold our culture within every aspect of their job. Agents must master the tools used in the booking process to ensure that the entire customer experience is positive.

They started off with just 2 vans and now operate over 40 vans every day. In 2012, Craig Belnap joined the team as Chief Operating Officer. Together, they have grown this business tremendously and have over 150 employees in multi-state locations.
