As a a Call Center Representative, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with every customer & potential customer each day with the intent of maximizing customer satisfaction and sales.

Center Agents will receive training in order to be well versed in the entire suite of Zerorez products and services. Zerorez expects all employees to uphold our culture within every aspect of their job. Agents must master the tools used in the booking process to ensure that the entire customer experience is positive.

Soon after, Patrick Spencer partnered with him to develop a service company that provided an unparalleled service to match their revolutionary product. They started off with just 2 vans and now operate over 40 vans every day. In 2012, Craig Belnap joined the team as Chief Operating Officer. Together, they have grown this business tremendously and have over 150 employees in multi-state locations.
