Position Title : Maintenance Technician Reports To : Property Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary : Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining the upkeep of the building and servicing the chillers and boilers.
This is a commercial building with a wide variety of tenants meaning professionalism and discretion is a must. Duties and Responsibilities : 1.
