XLNC RESIDENCES is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Detroit, MI
Dear Candidate,
We at XLNC Residences, a Multifamily rental Company looking for an Maintenance Technician for a full time at the Detroit area.
Duties / Skills include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining apartment homes on interior and exterior renovations works, including all grounds, completing service/repair requests of residents, New Move In's Renovations etc.',.
- basic construction,
- electrical,
- plumbing,
- carpentry,
- drywall (hanging/mudding & paint ready),
- Tiles work.
- painting,
- HVAC,
- Appliance repair, , etc..
- Availability to work Monday through Friday anywhere between 7:45 AM to 4:30PM with extended evening and/or weekend hours.
- Must have your Personal tools for use.
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- OWN TRANSPORTATION,
- Valid driver's license,
- Clear Background with at list 3 references,
- own new generation updated Cell
