Essential Functions

• Opening new matters in the file card system
• Download and distribute client correspondence to team/docketing daily
• Process in-coming mail, distribute and/or upload to client portal and update file index
• Chart/track due dates, instruction dates, and completion dates
• Prepare templates and working files for attorney use
• Prepare, file and report IDS’s
• Time entry
• Work with accounting to get client invoices
• Report applications with invoices in clients’ system
• Miscellaneous reporting
• Administrative tasks and other projects as needed

Special Projects

• Will work in conjunction with the Supervisor on special projects

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow direction from other team members
• Ability to professionally and effectively communicate both orally and in writing
