As a cashier at Wings Over Framingham, you'll be at the forefront of the flavor revolution, not just taking orders and handling transactions, but also becoming a beacon of hospitality and enthusiasm that leaves guests craving more than just our succulent wings.

Hourly rate is $15.25. Tips are pooled and evenly split with the team. Average is between $1 - $3 extra per hour!

DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Works to promote the culture and values of Wings Over by acting with integrity and honesty.
• Prepare all menu items to customer order specifications.
• Remains calm, collected, and works to keep the store operating to the Wings Over standard.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
• Communicates information and ideas to the leadership team to promote store growth and a positive work environment.
• Assists with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Delivers Smileable Experiences to all customers by preparing the best chicken in the world!
• Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• All tips are pooled/split amongst team.

• Passion for food and service
• Over 18 years old
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible Schedule - Available nights and weekends
• Able to lift 50 lbs and can stand for long periods of time
• Legal US work authorization
• Working late nights is required

Savin Brands was established in January 2005. We purchased two existing Wings Over locations: Wings over West Hartford and Wings over Storrs and over the next few years we began to open additional restaurants.

Today, we have 7 Wings restaurants in central Connecticut, 4 in the greater Boston Massachusetts area.

In September 2018 we purchased 13 existing Moe’s Southwest Grill locations; 10 in Connecticut and 3 in Western Massachusetts. We anticipate opening many more restaurants in the next few years!
