Job Summary:
Wilson County Motors is seeking a passionate and experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Lebanon, Tennessee. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the sale of new and used vehicles. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of different vehicle models to customers
- Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features to potential customers
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals in a timely manner
- Perform vehicle deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by management
- Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, as well as current market trends
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, including ethical business practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitors' products
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using sales tracking software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
