White's Fire Smoke and Water Damage Restoration is a property damage cleanup and restoration provider that provides high-touch service to homeowners and their insurance providers. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a desire to grow, and a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls for water damage mitigation
• Perform demolition and waste removal as necessary
• Use company-provided equipment to extract water, generate circulation, and remove moisture from the air in affected areas
• Perform regular moisture monitoring
• Assist with other property damage mitigation projects as needed, such as fire, mold, and crime scene remediation
• Keep customers informed about the work being performed, answer questions, and respond to concerns
• Complete project-related documentation using a mobile device

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in a labor-intensive work setting that includes regular customer interaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to performing quality work
• Ability to collaborate with other crew members and resolve conflicts
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb a ladder to ceiling height, work in tight spaces, and work with cleaning products and chemicals
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid MN drivers license, and at least 3 years without a moving traffic violation

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
