Program Assistants needed for Adult Day Care facilities. Full Time, M-F 9:30AM - 6:00PM. To assist in attending to and caring for all clients in the Adult day Care program. Work directly with clients in health recreational, cognitive and social activities, being respectful of all clients’ limitations and ensuring client’s dignity and safety at all times. Must be able to interact with clients who have Alzheimer’s disease or dementia-related disorders and other disabilities. Assist clients in all ambulating and physical requirements for participating in the program. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with bladder and bowel requirements, assisting with feeding when needed, supervising ambulating with all clients, assisting in transferring clients, etc. Assist in preparing, serving, and cleaning up of all food as well as assist in keeping the daycare bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas clean. Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. If you meet all requirements, e-mail resume. Must pass Level II Background, and medical including drug screen.
