Fence installer - $17/hr starting pay Attendance bonus

We are seeking Dependable and highly motivated individuals to fill a key position on our team as a Fence installer.

As a Fence installer, you will be working both independently and with a team to complete daily task that include, Digging, grading, staging material and installing fence in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work within a team atmosphere to build different types of high-quality Residential fences.
• Able to work independently and with a team to complete task.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Use hand tools and powered digging equipment.
• Read a pack slip and pull job lots for upcoming projects.
• Keep Truck, Job site, and warehouse in a clean organized manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality is a daily expectation.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift heavy objects, 80 pounds.
• Fence industry experience is a plus.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation
• Dependability is a must.
• Forklift experience a plus
