Responsibilities:

• Making 20 calls daily
• Making 20 text messages
• Making 20 emails
• 5 video invites
• 2 appointments

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, (Spanish is a Plus)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
