Woodard's Diamonds & Design, the award-winning jewelry store in Tullahoma, TN is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join their team.

Candidates must have proven sales ability, preferably in the jewelry or luxury industry, but we will consider anyone with general experience in sales who is results oriented, a team player, and has a heart for serving people. Candidates must be skilled in developing and maintaining client relations, be clear communicators and confident in their ability to consistently meet sales goals. Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) would be a plus.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional sales service.

- Demonstrate strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Stay informed about product knowledge and updates to accurately assist clients.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall client experience.

We also have very desirable work hours for a retail store. We are open Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are in South-Central Middle Tennessee being an hour from Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville, AL. We are also 15 minutes from the World's Famous Jack Daniel's Distillery and minutes from Tims Ford Lake.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
