Univair Aircraft manufactures aircraft parts for 1940s to 1970s vintage aircraft. We make in house aircraft fuselages, wing parts and landing gears. We sell over 36,000 different parts from Aeronca to Stinson aircrafts. Stable company able to keep employees in these crazy times. Being a small business with 30-35 employees we have a nice family feel vs the corporate number.

This position is an entry level into our customer service / sales department. We take phone calls and enter orders from customers all around the world looking to purchase parts for their aircraft. There are paper illustrated parts manuals that we use to assist in finding the correct parts. We work closely with the warehouse in pulling part orders and our packaging department. This position will require the ability to be able to multi-task and able to communicate with customers in person and on the phone. If you have a mechanical background in either automotive or aircraft will greatly assist you in being able to identify aircraft parts. No aircraft experience required we will train.

You must possess a high attention to detail and be able to work with customers using aircraft parts manuals. You will be required to learn how to use the parts manuals to be able to be successful with your position here at Univair. Customers will call in requesting parts that must be looked up in the books, there is no way to cheat not using the manuals.

Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. This position is an 8.5-hour shift and NO weekends. You must also pass a pre-employment drug screening.
