Washington Dental is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Carson, CA

Do you love a great Dental office environment? We are looking for a motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator who will make our office more efficient, productive and pleasant for patients. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the operation managers shoulders. We are looking for someone friendly, well-spoken and well-organized with great attention to detail. Experience with third party financing (Care Credit/Lending Club) is a plus.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing their concerns
- Assist with dental administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental staff
- Educate patients on dental procedures, treatment options, and payment plans
- Collect and process patient payments and insurance information

-Use third party financing to help patients close their treatment cases
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Dental Treatment planning required
- Strong knowledge of the dental procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and billing information

- Must speak fluently English and Spanish

- Experience with ortho is a plus

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
