MEDICAL BILLING SPECIALIST OPENING

Ware Langhorne & Associates, Inc., RVA's top medical billing and consulting company, is growing! We are in need of an additional Medical Billing Specialist to join our skilled team. If you have experience with charge entry, posting payments, taking patient calls, working Accounts Receivable/collections reports - and you enjoy maintaining client relationships, we want to talk to you. We're looking for medical billing specialists who take pride in their work, and who have a proven track record of success (2 years' experience preferred), and who want to be part of team of professionals that enjoy a healthy work/life balance. Once this person is trained, the job can be performed at home 4 out of 5 days/week.

Qualified applicants should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to think critically. Must have excellent time management skills, and previous experience billing for a medical practice or a medical billing company. The position is day hours with flexible shifts, M-F, 40 hours/wk.

We are centrally located near the Byrd Park area. Advanced MD software experience helpful but not necessary.
